The superlative form for batshit crazy which is denoting the absolute worst that could happen, or the worst state someone or something could be in.

In early 2020 the covid-19 outbreak occurred leaving many to wonder how it originated, it was believed to come from a bat. On Twitter a viral video of a woman eating a bat soup with the misleading caption claiming she started the pandemic, the video was quickly debunked as the video came out in 2016, 4 years ago in Palau not Wuhan but it was too late as people have been misinformed.

A slang term for GLP-1 medications(like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.), usually referring to their appetite-killing, weight-loss, or “I forgot to eat” effects rather than the medical details.
Usage:
