Usually refers to items consumed and or performed after finishing a good romp. In part the antonym of an appetizer.

The counterpart to beforetime, used to describe all the time after the covid lockdowns ended.

Person 1: I can't believe the lockdowns are over, it's almost like we're in the beforetime again.
Person 2: Yeah, that's because we're in the aftertime.
