It's short for "Zuckerberg" referring to Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook. He is seen as the "big brother" figure if the website, the all benevolent guiding hand that protects us all from lewd and unsavory content.
Having your prohibited content removed from Facebook is known as "getting Zukked."
It can also mean getting a temporary or permanent ban from the website for violating terms of service.
