The practice of listing one's home for sale at the ridiculously high price provided by an online property valuation service that frequently grossly overvalues real estate, surfing for an unsuspecting buyer.

I told that Realtor if they can find someone stupid enough to pay me my Zestimate, that I would be crazy not to take their money. Besides, zillowboarding doesn't cost me anything, so why not.
