Stemming from the Italian food dish, baked ziti, the baked part of the word is implied when one is referred to as a zeet or a ziti. One would be referred to as a "zeet" after smoking a significant amount of marijuana. One can pull a ziti/zeet move. After years on smoking, one would eventually become one with the zeets and can pull zeet moves even while completely sober. Certainly not a derogatory term, in some cultures it is seen as a complement.
Zeet- "That was a zeet/ziti move." "Damn check out that zeet over there". "My guy, you're zeetin". "You're a fuckin zeet" *throws up at a party* "my guy, you were zeet last night"
