An Orgasm you get in the Videogame EvE Online from having a really intense and/or close fight with another player. The term was coined by the Streamer Zarvox Toral who often breaks out in uncontrolled ecstasy on his stream.

Zorgasm

A religious epiphany, usually a vision or encounter with Zorgoth. In some cases, Cultiks have claimed to actually communicating with Zorgoth during a zorgasm.
