Zargasm

An Orgasm you get in the Videogame EvE Online from having a really intense and/or close fight with another player. The term was coined by the Streamer Zarvox Toral who often breaks out in uncontrolled ecstasy on his stream.

I had an intense Zargasm from fighting that PL blob of supers, who came through that cyno!
