The bittersweet ache of wanting to experience an impossibly vast world within one finite lifetime. A longing to see distant places, experience unfamiliar lives and cultures, and witness more of the world than time will ever allow.

Worldchanger 

A person who has a deep inner desire to contribute to making the world a better place, be it through political, infrastructure, technological or sociological advances, and puts such impulses to action in order to see such change become a reality, no matter how small.

Nelson Mandela was always a worldchanger, the desire was there when he fought against apartheid, it was there when he educated himself and laboured faithfully in prison, and when he was finally freed he acted on who he was and made South Africa a better place.

Worldcentric 

Someone who believes they are the centre of the world, only thinks of themselves.

They are truly selfish, believing everyones focus should be on them- they are worldcentric.

Opposite to "writer's block", a "wordache" is when the words won't stop coming. "Wordache", when mental emphasis is on "ache", can also mean the feeling of words pressing against your skin, desperately wanting to be written or spoken.

This wordache is killing me, time to get my writing ooon.

woodache 

The pain in the male reproductive organ due to overexertion. Usually occurs after 4-8 'sex sessions', and generally marks the last of them for the night.

Characterized by pain and pleasure, this symptom is very obvious it the beholder.

Guy one: " I heard you guys banging until 4 am last night from my apartment! Then it got deathly quiet."

Guy Two: "Yeah I got a case of woodache. It was pain in pleasure all in one!"

Guy one: "Damn bro, Cassie must be a freak!"

Workache

The feeling of pain for being at work, or pain caused from work which includes and not limited to; headache, annoyance, bane, distress, frustration, hassle, inconvenience, irritation, pain in the neck, stress, worry.

Workache can be a long-term sickness, treatable only by time off work, preferably on a relaxing long holiday.
