A widow maker is an object that can kill men and therfore turn wives into widows.
The 'Widow Maker,' is a bong constructed by my friend Jonny and I by attaching a 3ft hoover pipe to increase chanber size for a bigger hit. This increased hit often left many good men paralised, or in some rare and tragic occasions, dead.

Commonly referred to as a JWM, it involves unleashing a dump in a public bathroom so damaging that were a janitor to attempt to clean it, it would make a widow of his wife, and an orphan of his children.

A variation is the UJWM, which involves a urinal. This is a high-risk move, but a janitorial fatality is pretty much assured if successful.

city chicken 

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.
