Watashi wa, wa wa desu 

Often used by weeaboos when mocking a whining acquaintance or nearby personnel. Formed from a combination of the whining of "wa wa", and a phrase of Japanese to please their inner weeaboo. The u, is somewhat silent.

Japanese for "I'm a pervert." Note: 'watashi' is the FEMALE pronoun for I. Guy's should say, "Boku wa hentai desu".
