it is derived from Hepburn: "Waruīji" (pronounced ɰaɾɯ. i ʑi) meaning Waluigi and "phobos" meaning fear.

warrumbungler

A person who embodies the spirit of a cultured, responsible and respectable traveller to the Warrumbungles National Park. This may be a local or a traveller from far away.

The warrumbungler played jump-jump-freeze with the kangaroos, took his car out for a drive to the start of a hike, started a fire and shared his marshmallows with the group to make s'mores, ate some scrambled eggs, and finally lied down on the grass watching the stars -- all in a day's work.
