When something gets trashed, ruined, or disrespected, especially in a way that feels personal. Coined by Kendrick Lamar on the GNX track “wacced out murals,” referring to his mural being defaced September 2024 in Compton.

Example:
“Man, they wacced out the park last night—tagged every wall.”

Note: It flips “wack” into an action, turning something good into something messed up.
