An insult, originating from the west side of Chicago, towards Colombian males. The insult is very similar to calling said individual an idiot or a loser. The word since is not traditional Spanish slang, confuses said individual leaving them both emotional hurt and silent.

Colombian: blah, blah, blah, . . .
Me: Shut up you stupid Wacato.
Colombian: wha..? silence

wapatoolie

An alcoholic beverage that is made in mass quantities consisting of (but not limited to): fruit juice (punch), liquor (usually vodka) and various fruits. Including pineapples, grapes, melons, kiwi, etc. Pretty much every fruit goes well in a wap. What separates a wap from jungle juice is that jungle juice has no fruit. A real wap is made the night before the party, so the alcohol has time to soak into the fruit. Other things known to be put in a wap are sugar, crystal light and kool-aid powder (though I don't recommend any).

Dude I was hammered off that wapatoolie last night.

Wapato

A small town on the Yakama Indian Reservation located in Central Washington, Wapato is generally made up of minority groups and is surrounded by orchards. It's outside of the city of Yakima.

"Where's that volleyball team from? They're all brown with one little white kid in the middle. They must be the Wapato Wolves."
