Viktator 

A portmanteau word formed from combining the words 'Viktor' and 'dictator'. A political nickname acquired by Hungary's prime minister Viktor Orban for his authoritarian and populistic views on politics.
"Finally, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban was known to some citizens as "Viktator" long before European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker's "dictator" comments."
