To keep it short, it's when you’re broken, desperate, and begging for death—but instead, something inside you awakens. Not mercy. Not hope. Just... instinct.

Mary: You doin' okay there?
Marco: Yeah yeah... I've just felt this dread, it's just so verrith.
Mary: Damn, do you need me to call someone or do you just need someone to talk to?
Marco: I just need some time for myself to figure some stuff out.

A slang that is used to represent Harvard students, both undergraduates and graduates, who wears a Harvard gear, such as Harvard hat, cap, gloves, shirt, t-shirt, sweater, and sweatshirt, at Harvard-Yale Game at Yale. The term is not derogatory at all; rather it's a combination of veri from Harvard's Veritas and thug that shows Harvard's superiority over Yale. It can be used as an adjective to represent the excitement and sheer joy of beating Yale at Harvard-Yale Game.

Look at those verithugs. They so cool.
I wish I could have gotten into Harvard. I wanna look like those cool verithugs.
