The highest level of shitfaced; WAY beyond wasted; the night that reminds you why you joined AA; hammered beyond belief; So drunk that you don't realize you're doing jumping jacks and push ups that you fall into the fridge and puke in the sink..and keep going; I.e., the greatest bachelor/bachelorette party that no one could possibly ever, ever top, no matter how much you will never remember.

Friend 1:"Bro. Wtf happened last night.."
Friend2:"dude, I don't know. We must have been Vandrunk..."

"Where the hell am I, I must have gotten Vandrunk last night..."

"Ok!Now that you're Vandrunk.. Let's do jumping Jacks! "

So I guess Emily's back from the hospital. I hear she got a VanDunking. She needed 12 stitches!!!

It was funny when they used vandruk as a curse word on an SNL scetch involving a horrible doctor losing a baby.
