A Urmumgae was an anti-masturbation device used during the 19th century in Brittan. Back in those times, it was considered rude to yeet your meat in bed. The Urmumgae device was strapped to one's schlong so that if they got a boner they would not be able to masturbate. The device almost looked like a bear trap.
