what one suffers from when urban dictionary notifies you of their decision to not publish what you thought was an awesome submission.
No, Sally, I can't come outside and play. I am coiled up in a fetal position crying, as I have a severe case of urban rejection.

When you spend a whole day coming up with a good word to post in the Urban Dictionary, then when volunteers take a look at it, it gets rejected.
Oooh dude, I got a good word to post, I spent the whole day coming up with it
Do it then
Ok -minutes later-
So, did it get posted
Nah I got urban rejected again.

A socially awkward person who posts definitions on this website that pertain to various negative aspects of his or her relationships, friendships, or other personal problems of the sort. Urban Rejects are commonly rejected in the real world even more often than their pathetic attempts at posting information on Urban Dictionary

Person1: Did you see that urban-reject try to post that definition about his ex-girlfriend being a whore yesterday?
Person2: Yes, but I rejected the loser's post without hesitation!

A definition that was rejected b/c
(a) You didn't follow the rules dumb@ss
(b) Your definition sucks (i.e. grow a sense of humor)
(c) The editors are jerks and rejected it just for kicks

That sad moment when you try and add a word to Urban Dictionary and they send you the email saying that the editors decided not to publish it. This lowers your self esteem because it makes you think you're not the funniest mother fucker alive like you thought all your life.
Jake: Hey what's wrong with Johnny?
Blake: He's feeling the Urban Dictionary Rejection.
Jake: I always told him comedy wasn't his thing.
