Typslexia

When you type really badly, due to fast typing or thicker fingers, you make so many errors and mistakes, it all just doesn’t make sense and you have to type out the actual word so the other person can understand. Usually more frequent for automatic keyboard correction, if you use shorter down words or anything “non english” like abbreviations and such, the automatic keyboard can change it to something you didn’t even want to use in the first place, hence making your sentences even more wild.

You: “duck you shut”
The person: “huh?”
You: “**fuck you shit”
The person: “ur typslexia is acting up again”
Bad example, but i’m sure if you relate you’d understand

Typelexia

n. a theoretical disorder associated with impairment of the ability to type like a normal human being. Some common occurances include inserting a space in the wrong place (1), using a captial letter unintentionally (2,3), releasing the shift key early when using punctuation (4), accidently inverting letters (5).

"Typlexia is a rare, incurable disease whose scientific name is 'kebordium typlexia'.

This devastating condition causes its sufferers to misspell and mistype words which they know perfectly well how to spell. In a sense, typlexia is a little bit like a written form of Tourette's syndrome."

Note: The proper spelling for the word is typlexia; typelexia (notice the extra e) is defined as how a person suffering with typlexia might mis-type the disease.

Typelexia nervosa occurs in nearly half of all typlexia keybordium sufferrers. This variant is a mutation of the typlexia keyboridum disease which usually only strikes web developers and Instandt Messenger program users. When in a hurry, typlexia nervosa sufferers mis-type nearly ever common word imaginebale.

There is no known cuere for eeither variation of the disease, however htere are wasy to treat the symptoims.

A physical "abnormality" that causes us to type the same word wrong all the time. We know the correct spelling but we type the letters in the wrong order.

I suffer from typelexia and always type the word "item" as "tiem".
