It's when you "talk" to another "twinkle-talker" by combining your eyelid movements and Morse code to send a message from a person to another while no soul can notice or use this communication method against them. She's an oversharer AND overexaggerater but she's your best match. If you find a twinette don't lose her. She puts her feelings out in the open but really she doesnt know what she wants.
