When you learn an uncomfortable truth about yourself, a relationship, a situation, etc., and it it fully sinks in.

Truth Ache 

Truth Ache: A nudging sense of falsity, a palpable hunger for true-path. A truth ache is what we experience internally when we are not honoring our divine purpose or simply living a lie in relationships or other areas of our life. Although sometimes painful, although embracing it may well force us to turn our habitual patterns upside down in order to effect change, the truth ache contains the seeds of our transformation. When we repress it, truth decay sets in, and the only thing that can save us is a truth canal. Sometimes we wait too long, and we lose our truth altogether.

I woke up this morning with a terrible truth ache. I must be living a lie.

Truthagen 

From the song; 'Hey Boys and Girls' by Evermore.

This is perhaps best understood as a commentary on the use of socially accepted mind-altering drugs, the most famous of which are probably Prozac and Ritalin. Note how the lyrics say it "makes me happy" and "now I'm awesome" which strongly suggest it affects the user's mood.

The literal meaning of "truthagen" would be something that generates truth, which while nonsensical is generally positive-sounding. This term is probably a further commentary on the nonsensical names of designer drugs such as the aforementioned Prozac and Ritalin.

Mexican Toothache 

When one consumes a mass amount of spicy mexican food thus paying for it the next day when one encounters severe explosive diarrhea where leftover floaty mexican food can be seen. This usually leaves behind fine toilet art.

Ex. Sara goes to Don Lorenzo's and eats the entire dish of chicken chimichanga on top of a basket of tortilla's with salsa and guacamole. About an hour later she sprints to the nearest restroom and experiences a mexican toothache.
