A person male or female whose normal decent appearance has declined rapidly in a short period of time due to hard living, drug/alcohol consumption, homelessness, and/or poor personal hygiene. Their face can appear decades older than their actual age. Wrinkles, dark spots, rough skin texture, toothless, bad body odor, ragged clothes.

"Hey have you seen your neighbor (name) ? He's looks mighty torbacula since he started drinking a few months ago and hanging out with that new crowd of people."
