A bumbling idiot who never knows what’s going on, stinks and I mean STINKS! And has absolutely zero follow-through. A tiloot starts projects but never finishes them, constantly leaves tasks half-done, and thinks they can code but can't do anything. Basically, the walking embodiment of failure. A tiloot is the kind of person who can’t finish the simplest task, always smells a little off, and somehow manages to be both clueless and annoying at the same time. Basically, the ultimate bumbling fool.
