Tinking:

To exchange a dollar for a dollar.

To make gold from gold, or buy (the same amount of gold) with the same amount of gold.

tibskin

A type of slang originating from the islands of Vanuatu meaning the fore skin of the penis. Also used when payin' some one out. Calling some one a tibskin in the context below is derogatory and demeaning to the person that it is being said to.

Car Tinking

The act of throwing pennies at oncoming traffic from either the driver's seat, or back left seat of a moving car to achieve a 'tink' sound. This tink sound is a loud thwack on the receiving end. Timing is key so that windshields are not hit or broken. Occasionally nickels are used, by experienced tinkers, for a devastating effect.

Why is schultzy gettin arrested?
Oh cuz he decided to go car tinking in the daylight and didnt realize his first victim was a cop.
