Thunder Mud Plug

A device that blocks the outflow or inflow of overly saturated soil, dirt, earth, and other compost and natural earthen debris from entering or exiting a city sewer drain in low lying urban areas to prevent, take precaution against, or dull the devastating impact of flash flooding, which often occurs during torrential rainfall commonly accompanied by frequent lightning and thunder.

The fast thinking city workers immediately installed a neon glow in the dark unicorn tail thunder mud plug at the first sign of flash flooding.
