For when something is Thoggish in nature or when you encounter a Thog. (A troglodyte with an internet connection.)

It can be used to describe something or someone. Thogular is an Adjective.

Zach: "Bro, David was being so Thogular last night..."

Mark: "Thogular?"

Zach: "Yea man, he threw a bucket full of rotting rats into my car."
