The Feddie Fold

Well I figured I'd be the first to put it on here. Since Oregon's Governor just signed the "BLUE" bill for the Oregon homeless. To get $1,000 a month cash as a gift.. If you live in portland / vancouver then you are more familiar than you would like with " the feddie-fold!" Which comes in any number of ways. Basically it is what a fetynal addicts body does after consumption. You have heard the term " fold up like a lawn-chair?" Well in this case the fetynol consumer becomes the chair... Hence the term "the feddie-fold".
Had to step over 3 of them on the way into work this morning..They are so high on those blue fetynol pills! Looks like they are doing "the feddie fold"
