The duck walk is the traditional act of a whore ( not worthy of a towel or nut rag) whom is forced to walk bent over to the bathroom with Spooge / Nut running down the small of her back. Walking the duck 

Walking the duck is when you are either walking naked (only works if your a guy) or you are going commando and your fly is down...thus your little guy escapes and waddles when you walk.
