Tattoo Whore 

A person who is addicted to getting tattoos. These people are always in search the newest and coolest designs, or designing the next tattoo. If they see a great design they must go and get that one.

Bill got a great tattoo; it is a very unique design. Joe, the tattoo whore, saw this and got a tattoo just like that one. Joe has done this to all his friends and they angry that he is "taking" their tattoo's uniqueness from them. This is why he is a "Tattoo Whore."

A tattoo on the lower back (or small of the back) of a promiscuous female so that her one night stand has something to look at while slamming her from behind.
