Talmone is an umbrella term for phrases used to mostly denote speech,
i.e. "
talk", "talk about", "say", "speak", "tell", "tell about", etc.
Talmone can be used to replace phrases by simply swapping
said phrase with "talmone", but in the
case of a sentence using "___ about", it has
two forms of replacement for that phrase , e.g.:
1. She *told* me *about* the festival next week. → She *talmone* me the festival next week.
2. She *told* me *about* the festival next week. → She *talmone* me *about* the fetsival next week.
