A culture of wannabe special forces operators who most likely never served in the military who's obsessions are with body armor, military gear, assault rifles, and polymer framed handguns.

The gun culture used to be normal before the tactitards took over everything.

Tactitard 

A somewhat large group After the Flash Combat roleplayers who dress with an extremely large amount of unneeded gear making themselves look like a member of USRF. Tactitard's gear will include things that don't make any sense to have or are to overpowered or they carry too many things it can even mean their avatar looks goofy with the amount of needed clutter they have on themselves.

The person at the gun club or store who is dressed up in military or police equipment, but in reality is not a member of the military or law enforcement.

Jay, did you see that guy on the pistol range wearing the vest with the ten ammo pouches. Is he a policeman? No Jim, he's a Tacttard he installs car stereos for a living.

Chubby, pale geeks who buy military/SWAT look-alike rifles and handguns, to which are attached all kinds of tacticool accessories such as flashlights, laser sights, red-dot sights, and other rail accessories. The tactinerd then dresses up in military-style camo or SWAT-team black clothing, and poses for hours in front of a mirror while dreaming of being like the tough guys he sees on TV cop shows.

Johnny just bought three more tactical flashlights for his SOCOM pistol. He thinks he's tacticool, but he's just a tactinerd.
