acronym- The Religion Of Perpetual Outrage. At one time known as "the religion of peace", Islam has become known as The Religion of Perpetual Outrage (TROPO). Repeated violent acts undertaken in response to perceived offenses to Islam or "the Prophet" (Mohammed) have made it all too obvious that radical muslims need little provocation to cause them to retaliate against "the infidels". It's "almost" as if they're looking for reasons to be outraged.
TROPO was responsible for yet another so-called suicide bombing killing 46 muslim women and children.

Boof Troop

Guy #1: don't look now but here comes the Boof Troop.

Guy #2: shit lets get the fuck out of here!

Guy #3: WTF is the Boof Troop!?!?
Despite the erroneous definitions already published here, TROPE on the interwebs really refers to an often overused plot device. It can also be described as another variation on the same theme. TV shows, movies, comics, games, anime', & books are full of tropes & many rabid fan-sites now name & track said tropes with a self-explanatory title for each one.

Not all tropes are bad, until Hollywood gets stuck on one.
Q: Did you see "Brokeback Mountain"?
A: That film just used the "Bury Your Gays" trope to make it dramatic. You know, where a gay character has to always die in the story.

Girl: When is Hollywood gonna get tired of the "Friendly Neighborhood Vampire" trope?
Guy: I blame Angel & Spike.
Girl: I blame the Count on Sesame Street.
Guy: Nah, Count Chocula totally invented that scene.

going troppo

'Going Troppo' is an exclusively Australian slang term for 'going crazy'. The popular understanding about it's origin is that it comes from stories of the tropical heat in the northern parts of Australia driving people crazy.
What's Stevo doing? He must be going troppo!

NB: 'Stevo' is pronounced 'Steve-O' it's an Aussie nick-name for someone called steven/stephen.

Troop 396

The worst of the worst of the worst. Bottom of the barrel. Where adults and scouts are bullies, trolls, abusers, predators, and the worst of all presumptuous and pretentious egotistical losers who spend their days obsessed with a children's award and taking out their trauma on innocent children who had nothing to do with it. Extremely toxic at best and very abusive normally. Avoid, avoid, avoid. An example of everything wrong with the Boy Scouts of America. At least the one in Texas.
*Troop 396 kids mobbing a kid minding his own business*
Person 1: "Hey, leave him alone, he wasn't bothering anyone."
Troop 396 adult: "Even though we have no evidence and evidence that contradicts our unjustifiable bullying and abuse of this innocent boy that the police, the boy scouts, and everyone else said he was innocent - we know better."
Person 2: "That makes no sense. You are scouts you are supposed to be better."
Troop 396 kid: "That person just hit me!" *kid cries*
Person 1: "That didn't happen"
*person 2 gets arrested*
Troop 396 adult: "Sorry what was that again? Did you want to say something?" *shoves*
