T.R.A.S.H. 

The most common forms of bigotry, discrimination, prejudice, and persecution (particularly on biologically-related grounds) summed up into a single spectrum.

T.R.A.S.H. is an acronym for:

T ransphobia
R acism
A bleism
S exism
H omophobia

If a person hosts either one of these forms of hatred or discrimination, then they fall into the T.R.A.S.H. spectrum. In other words, they are T.R.A.S.H.

The meaning of T.R.A.S.H., however, can also be manipulated so that it can hold a wider spectrum of hatred (ex. Sexism/Speciesism/Sexual-Prejudice, Homophobia/Heterophobia, Racism/Religious-Prejudice, Ableism/Antisemitism/Ageism, etc).

The word can also be spelled "TRASH" or just "trash", which although can obscure it's true meaning, may still have the same results and can make it an innuendo.

Different variants of T.R.A.S.H. include:

- T.R.A.S.H.C.A.N. (C.A.N. meaning Classism And National-Prejudice)

A.S.S.H.A.T. is an acronym for the American Society for Simple, Humane Animal Treatment. Much like their PETA and ASPCA counterparts they make a great spectacle of saving abused and endangered animals. However, they only recently gained international notoriety with a Belgian ad that featured a scruffy bearded man hop out of a van, run past a homeless man asking for donations with a sign reading, “I am an animal too”, jump kicking the man in the head to get to a staving puppy. When the ad aired in the U.S. it was quickly pulled because it was considered too controversial.

A.S.S.H.A.T. is an acronym for 'American Society for Simple, Humane Animal Treatment'. Similar to their counterparts PETA and ASPCA, A.S.S.H.A.T. is involved with protecting abused and endangered animals. They first gained notoriety when they aired a broadcast, commercial spot depicting a scruffy, young man jumping from a van, jump kicking a homeless man holding a 'I am an animal too' sign and rushing to the rescue of a mangy puppy. The commercial was considered too controversial for U.S. television and banned.
