Toes to the tits. An expression mainly used by college band directors explaining marching band posture but has been used by high school directors as well.

A hip slang of the phrase true life that is said in agreement to something. T to the L literally means "true to the life"

Person 1- "Hey, what did you think of that math test?"
Person 2- "It was so hard! I probably failed!"
