Slang term for a large penis, or other object of phallic symbolism. Often used by hardened criminals and egotistical people because of the connotations of masculinity implicit in its use.

Person: Man I have been scheming how to get in Julie's pants for months, regrettably for my reproductive organ, my efforts have been in vain.
Friend: Maybe you should hit up a phalloplasty and impress her with your new honorable sussboy.

Kind of like a fuckboy. Only this type of fuck boy is extra sus (suspect). To be used in situations where the word "fuckboy" would be inappropriate
