When your bowels are extremely loose. Almost as if you've taken multiple laxatives and washed them down with prune juice... Definitely not a made up word that was confused with superlative.

Teicie had just gotten off work and suddenly felt a rush of liquid to her poop shooter. She barely made it home before she exploded. It was almost as if she took a superlactive.
