Suffest 

Take the concept of a buffet but instead of "eating" its "suffering".
So instead of "all you can eat"
It is a "all you can suffer"

Would be best used in sports event etc etc

Tim: Ay yo, lets go on a suffest!!!
Tom: A suffest!?
Tim: We are gonna do loops up the mountain until we go bonk.

when a college aged person is up doing homework at 1 a.m and they have a snack in order to finish what they are doing. Since it is halfway between supper and breakfast therefore supfest.

girl: I am soooo hungry!
roommate: me too
girl: supfest?!
roommate: definitely!

suffersticated 

When you suffer to a high degree of complexity in a sophisticated kind of way.

After a long hard frustrating day at work Steven decided to treat her self to about 13 glasses of red wine, even though earlier that day she had completely chopped every single one of her fingers off with a cheese greater. She is a delightfully suffersticated type of human (questionable) as she elegantly she cant even hold her glass of wine due to having no fingers, but at least she still gets to enjoy suffering in a sophisticated kind of way :)

Sufferteer 

A dishonorable person who is a profiteer from natural and intentional human suffering. Usually a corrupt politician, dishonest charitable charlatan, or deceitful taxpayer-funded contractor.

The politician that uses excessive regulation to make building homes more expensive, advocates for money printing that drives inflation, subsidizes drug use, encourages unemployment, and whose spouse gets paid a large salary by the taxpayers for homeless services is a Sufferteer.
