Steppe

Noun
(German, from Russian step')

1. Specifically, the temperate, semiarid areas of treeless grassland in the midlatitudes of Europe and Asia; more generally, any such grassland.

2. Any locale which can be accurately described only as an abomination (See Pittsburgh). The steppe is sometimes detested because it contains an extra "p" and "e" within the spelling. More often, however, the steppe is reviled because it contributes absolutely nothing of value to the world.
Usage:

Definition 1.
The world's largest zone of all steppes, often referred to as "The Great Steppe", is found in southwest Russia and neighboring countries in Central Asia, stretching from Ukraine in the west to the Ural Mountains and the Caspian Sea.

Definition 2.
Douchebag 1: Why do you hate the steppe so much?
Douchebag 2: Because man, what has the fucking steppe ever done for me? And why, in god's name, does it have an extra p and an extra e at the end? Fucking steppe...

Steppe Nigger

Racist term for people who live on the Eurasian steppe. They are called this because they are incredibly violent invasive and domineering and frequently invade the rest of the planet. The best example of this are Indo Europeans.
The Indo European steppe niggers swept out from the Caspian Sea and conquered the earth.

The Day We Could Have Stopped It!

The Day We Could Have Stopped It! —

Experts are warning AI could lead to human extinction. Are we taking it seriously enough?

On May 31st 2023 we could have stopped it. We knew we could have stopped it; but, we didn’t.

And, at some point “Skynet” will become “self aware”.

And while we’re at it, if we ever find any extraterrestrial life forms, we shouldn’t bring it onto a ship; or bring it to planet earth.

I’ve seen the movies. These things never end well.
Wednesday May 31st 2023: The Day We Could Have Stopped It!” — scientist are warning that proposed Artificial Intelligence technology could cause the extinction of the human race.

And yet we persist in its development.

Didn’t anyone see the movie?

Steppin' into the light

To make your presence known. To announce your arrival or dominating the scene.
When J-Byrd gets to a party, he likes steppin' into the light, so everyone knows he's on top of the scene.

As Jason stepped into the light, the party fell silent, all eyes were on this player.
