Step on a Lego
Something that Miss Rona should've done a long, long, LONG time ago, but apparently hasn't yet. So I'm just gonna say that sometime this year (preferably now, but obviously that's not gonna happen), Miss Rona really should go step on a lego.
Man, Rona really needs to up and leave. It deserves to step on a lego. I'm SICK of being stuck in quarantine all the time.

“I hope you step on a LEGO” is a phrase often used as a retort in rage comics and reaction images to express one’s resentment towards someone who has done something unpleasant as to deserve punishment or ill-fortune, such as accidentally stepping on a LEGO brick.

A slang term for GLP-1 medications(like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.), usually referring to their appetite-killing, weight-loss, or “I forgot to eat” effects rather than the medical details.
Usage:
