To squinge is the act of flaring ones nostrils in a malicious and/or offensive manner. It can be utilized as an act of self-defense or to aid in the entertainment of others. Sometimes, the squinging is involuntary and unable to control. In extreme cases of squinging, the subject can lose all self-control of their nostrils and will even exhibit symptoms of squinging while they sleep.
After an extremely strenuous squinging session, Glen found that his nostrils had locked permanently in the squinge position.
