Meaning a group of friends that walk side by side at the same speed at the same distance at the same time with no apparent departure from formation.

Filipinos are sometimes referred to as Flips; therefore, a Flip Mode Squad would be a group of Filipinos.

Squid mode is a the phenomenon when your arms and legs become numb and limp as result of getting stoned from a good mj plant that makes you feel like a limp noodle or better yet squid, thats the one you want because makes you feel good :)
