a nicer way of calling someone fat. Usually when the person is over sensitive about his or her general appearance.

shane is sensitive about his weight, so instead of monica describing him as fat, she calls him sqooshy.

Unfortunately for Gary it wasn't sushi it was 6 day old gas station sqooshi.
