scriggly bits 

A term created by Larry Mills III, meaning random flakes of weed left over from smoking. They can be found on your tray or the floor. If they are found on the floor it's usually a sign that Terrell was there, these are known as Terrell droppings.

1. Hopping like a young bunny in the sun of an early Spring.

2. Light, energetic, and bouncy.

3. Sometimes applied as a description of a fresh haircut.
She moved springly down the street.

scriggly 

Used to describe something or someone that is so adorable and inviting that your brain enters a phase of persitent 'cuteness aggression', causing one to struggle to vocalise their feelings of affection and love for the aformentioned object or person.
'I love my boyfriend, Julius so much. He's just so scriggly sitting there obsessing over his cards and little hobbies'
