The being that is the wearer of spandex and rides their bicycle as if he and or she owns the road and is indeed a motorized vehicle warranting the use of a full car lane.

Furthermore, the unnecessary sporting and or abuse of spandex in public places or unnecessary sports.

Did you see those four guys riding side by side in the middle of the road ? What a bunch of spandouchebags !
