An early 21st Century movement of written communication. The Solscrito movement was an uprising of literate people against the use of "emojIs"(a type of pictograph). For these "Solscritos," the emoji fad of the 2010's was tantamount pre-literate cave drawings. This movement was ultimately successful for pictographs didn't really convey the depth of emotion that people feel.
