Smalotzky 

The expression describes an event or object that initially seems useless and unimportant, but upon further reflection, dramatically changed the course of history. It is followed by an exclamation after realization of the impact it had.

Example: "That's totally unnecessary." "You're wrong, because explanation" "Oh, right! Smalotzky!"
Example: "If I had placed the box there, he would have fallen over it. Smalotzky!"
