spite sleep

When you sleep at a place or time against the will of another. When you decide to sleep to annoy or otherwise get back at someone because they cant do anything with you while you're asleep. Generally ignoring the protests and threats to you sleeping because you know nobody can do anything about it, or to make a point that you can.

Melody was upset that her friend wanted her to go home, so she decided to spite sleep in the hall.
I told Craig we're all going down to the beach, but he's just going to lay in bed and spite sleep until we leave.

Sleepsitting

The act of staying up all night to wake up a friend early in the morning. This usually results in fucking up your own sleep schedule in order to help your friend.

Georgia: wow you've been going to bed at 9AM and waking up at 6PM, whats going on?
Garrett: Yea I was sleepsitting my friend since she had an exam at 8AM yesterday.
