Skwinkle

Cross between a squeal (of glee) and a tingle (due to encountered hotness) and possibly involving connotations of tinkle ('cause you're so excited that you sorta pee yourself a bit). Much like "squeal" and "tingle," skwinkle can be used as either a verb or a noun.

"Indiana Jones makes me skwinkle."
