A word to describe someone who is insane or does insane things. Often those who's style is insanely wack or act ridiculously flop. Those can't even dress themselves without a map.

Background information: My Scottish mother-in-law (I'm Canadian) and are always (jokingly) finding new ways to insult eachother. 'Skaynus' was a new way!
