One who drives around the perimeter of sorority houses/ dorms filled with freshman, or in the lack there of, high schools, attempting to seduce a girl into their bed, and then stalk them with an epic creepiness. AKA the anti-bro

i.e "Dude, she's in freakin high school. Total sherfness"
